【摘要】 目的 :评价89Sr内照射联合博宁治疗转移性骨痛的疗效 .方法 :88例转移性骨痛患者分为 3组 ,分别为89Sr内照射组 (2 9例 )、博宁组 (39例 )和89Sr内照射 +博宁组 (2 0例 ) ,观察止痛效果和毒副反应 .结果 :89Sr内照射组、博宁组和89Sr内照射 +博宁组骨痛缓解的有效率分别为 72 .4 % ,6 9.2 %和 95 .0 % ,89Sr内照射 +博宁组与其他两组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;3组均无明显的毒副反应 .结论 :89Sr内照射联合博宁是目前治疗转移性骨痛的优选方案 .更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To evaluate the pain control effects of internal 89 Sr radiotherapy combined with Bonin for metastatic bone pain. METHODS: Eighty eight patients with metastatic bone pain were divided into 3 groups. 29 patients received only internal 89 Sr radiotherapy, 39 patients received only Bonin, and the other 20 patients received internal 89 Sr radiotherapy combined with Bonin. The pain control effects and side effects were observed respectively. RESULTS: Effective rates of pain control of the three groups were 72.4%, 69.2% and 95.0% respectively. The effective rate of the group received internal 89 Sr radiotherapy combined with Bonin was distinctly different from that of the other groups ( P <0.05). No obvious side effects were found among the three groups. CONCLUSION: Internal 89 Sr radiotherapy combined with bonin is the first choice in treating metastatic bone pain.更多还原
