【摘要】 目的 :了解西安地区军队老年人群的生活质量现状 .方法 :采用MOSSF 36量表的中文版对驻西安地区军队934名老干部进行生活质量测量 .结果 :本军队老年人群中有 35 .3%属于良好、6 0 .3%属于中等、4 .4 %属于差 ;而且不同兵种、不同级别的生活质量不同 ,尤其在生理功能、精神健康、生理职能和活力方面 .在活力、生理功能方面均显著高于美国常模 ,在生理职能、总体健康、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康方面均显著低于美国老年人群 .结论 :军队干休所医疗卫生工作的重点不仅要放在医疗保健 ,而且也要注重老年人的精神保健 ,才能全面地促进其生活质量的提高更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the present situation of the quality of life among the military elderly population in Xi’an. METHODS: The quality of life of 934 military elderly in Xi’an was surveyed by MOS SF 36 questionnaire. RESULTS: Among the 934 military elderly, the good quality of life accounted for 35.3%, the fairly good quality of life accounted for 60.3% and the poor quality of life accounted for 4.4%. The quality of life was different in different armies of services and different military ranks, especially in physical function,mental health,physical limitations and vitality. The subjects had better physical function and vitality than the U.S. norm, but they were reported to suffer worse physical limitations, general health,emotional limitations,social function and mental health than U.S. norm. CONCLUSION: To improve the quality of life of military elderly in an all round manner,the health work of the elderly should be carried out with the emphasis not only on their medical care but also on their mental health.更多还原
