【摘要】 目的 :观察凋亡及凋亡调控基因caspase 3/bax在视网膜母细胞瘤 (retinoblastoma,RB)中的表达及与凋亡的相关性 .方法 :收集 35例RB标本 ,对其分别进行caspase 3和bax免疫组织化学染色 ,观察表达情况及染色强度 .结果 :Caspase 3及bax在未分化型 (n =15 )分别有较好的表达 (11/12例 ) ,caspase 3及bax在分化型 (n =2 0 )中也有较好的表达(17/ 18例 ) .正常视网膜组织中无caspase 3及bax的表达 .结论 :凋亡在RB中是存在的 ,caspase 3及bax在RB的发生发展中起重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the expression of caspase 3 and bax in retinoblastoma (RB). METHODS: We studied the expression of caspase 3 and bax in 35 cases of RB. The presence of the corresponding proteins was determined by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: In undifferentiated type ( n =15), the expression of caspase 3 and bax was positive in 11/12 cases. In differentiated type ( n =20), the expression of caspase 3 and bax was positive in 17/18 cases. In normal retina tissue, there was no expression of caspase 3 and bax . CONCLUSION: Apoptosis is prevalent in RB. Caspase 3 and bax may play an important role in the oncogenesis and progression of RB.更多还原
