【摘要】 目的 :考察不同提取方法对山茱萸总皂苷测定的影响 ,为准确测定山茱萸皂苷的含量提供可行方法 .方法 :①甲醇回流法 ;②乙醚脱脂 甲醇回流提取法 ;③超声法 ;④大孔树脂法 ;⑤乙醇回流法 .上述方法分别用人参皂苷Re、齐墩果酸作对照 ,比色法测定不同提取液中总皂苷的含量 .结果 :① ,② ,③和⑤提取法所测总皂苷含量分别为 :5 .95 % ,6 .98% ;2 .87% ,3.12 % ;3.80 % ,3.92 % ;6 .17%和8.13% .④法测定总皂苷含量为 1.5 2 %和 1.73% .结论 :不同提取方法对山茱萸总皂苷含量的测定有较大的影响 .更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To review effects of different methods of extracting total saponins from Cornus officinalis so as to provide an effective way to accurately determine total saponins. METHODS: ① Methanol reflux, ② Ether degreasing Methanol reflux, ③ Ultrasonic abstraction, ④ Method of macroreticular absorption resin and ⑤ Ethanol reflux were compared. With Ginsenoside Re and Oleanolic acid as standard, chromatometry was used respectively to determine total saponins of different extraction solution. RESULTS: The content of total saponins determined by methods of ①, ②, ③ and ⑤ was 5.95%, 6.98%; 2.87%, 3.12%; 3.80%, 3.92%; 6.17% and 8.13% respectively, and by method of ④, it was 1.52% and 1.73%. CONCLUSION: Different extracting methods have much influence on determining total saponins in Cornus officinalis.更多还原
