多媒体框架标准MPEG-21
Framework standard MPEG-21 on multimedia
【摘要】 1999年提出的作为多媒体框架标准的MPEG-21目前也取得了重大进展,正引起人们的广泛关注。文中即对MPEG-21的目标、基本概念、关键要素、工作规划及应用领域等给予概括阐述。
【Abstract】 In1999,MPEG-21was proposed as a framework standard on multimedia.Since then very much progress has been made in MPEG-21,and more and more people are paying attention to it.This paper gives an overview of MPEG-21’s goal,basic concepts,key elements,work plan,areas of application and etc.
