明珠线二期宜山路车站深基坑工程施工与监测

【摘要】 该车站基坑距离明珠线一期宜山路车站、轻轨高架很近,周围民房建筑与管线众多,环境保护要求极高,所以对基坑开挖引起的环境变形要求十分苛刻。经过方案论证决定采用地下连续墙、钢支撑/混凝土支撑混合的围护体系,按照时空效应原理进行施工,并且在开挖过程中,采用常规监测和自动监测两个监测体系,及时分析监测数据,实时反馈于施工。目前,整个车站基坑本身安全及周围环境保护都处于受控工作状态,对整个工程进行总结分析,希望这些经验能在今后类似工程有一定的借鉴。

【Abstract】 Since the complicated surrounding conditions-short distance between the excavation and the existing elevated station and rail of Shanghai Rail Transit Pearl Line (Phase Ⅰ) as well as numbers of residential buildings and underground utilities, the requirements for surrounding deformation of underground station excavation is severe. Through proposal study, supporting system is determined to adopt diaphragm wall with steel/concrete struts. Time-Space Effect theory is applied to guide the construction. Two monitoring systems, conventional monitoring and automatic monitoring are used in construction to provide accurate data. At present, the whole excavation and its surroundings are secured.
