【摘要】 目的　检测内皮素 1(ET 1)在肺癌组织及转移淋巴结中的表达 ,探讨内皮素在肺癌生长及转移中的作用。方法　应用SABC免疫组化法检测 80例肺癌组织及相应周围淋巴结中ET 1表达情况。结果　 80例肺癌组织标本中 ,鳞癌和腺癌中ET 1表达较高 ,分别为 68.7%和 62 .5 % ,小细胞肺癌中ET 1表达较低 ,为 15 .0 %。在转移淋巴结中ET 1阳性表达率为 5 8.0 %。TNM临床分期 ,ET 1阳性率分别为Ⅰ期 19.0 % ,Ⅱ期 65 .7% ,Ⅲ期 75 .0 %。ET 1阳性表达率在肿瘤直径大于 3cm者与小于 3cm者之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。肺癌组织中ET 1表达阳性者 ,其周围淋巴结转移率 ( 79.1% )明显高于阴性表达者 ( 4 7.8% ) (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　ET 1普遍存在于肺癌组织及淋巴结转移灶中 ,对肺腺癌、鳞癌生长及转移过程起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expressions of endothelin 1 (ET 1) in lung cancer and metastatic lymph nodes and to explore the role of ET 1 in the generation/development and metastasis of lung cancer. Methods ET 1 expressions in 80 lung cancer tissues and the surrounding lymph nodes were detected by avidin bioctin peroxidase complex(ABC) immunohistochemical method. Results In 80 tumor tissue specimens, high expression of ET was found in squamous carcinoma(68.7%) and lung adenocarcinoma( 62.5%). Low expression of ET was found in small cell lung cancer(15.0%). In the surrounding metastatic lymph nodes, ET positive expression rate was 58 0%. At TNM stage(Ⅰ Ⅲ tumors), ET positive rate was 19.0%, 65.7% and 75.0% at stages Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, respectively. ET positive rate in these tumors >3 cm in diameter was 65.6%, while the rate in those <3 cm in diameter was 36.3%. There was statistical difference between them. The metastatic rate of the surrounding lymph nodes with ET 1 positive expression in tumor was 79.1%, higher than that with ET 1 negative (47 8%) ( P <0 05). Conclusion ET 1 is widely expressed in the cells of lung cancer and in the surrounding metastatic lymph nodes. It plays an important role in the process of growth and metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
