【Abstract】 In the testing bedding for air condition compresors, the output of the power supply is expected to be ideal sine wave adjustable in frequency and voltage range extensively. The paper introduces a revolving frequency - converting power supply, which is basesd on PLC . adapted to the requirements listed above and realizing continually adjustable in frequency and voltage.
