【摘要】 介绍了螺杆泵性能检测试验台对电气控制系统的功能要求 ,阐述了电气控制系统的总体方案 .该系统由电机变频调速、转矩转速检测、出口入口压力控制与检测、流量检测、温度控制与检测、液压控制系统等环节组成 .详细分析了主电机调速控制 ,出口压力的控制与检测技术 ,对试验过程中螺杆泵转子转速、泵出口压力、入口压力实现了的无级调节 .现场运行结果表明 ,该控制系统的性能指标达到了设计要求 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The function requirement for electric control needed by screw pump capacity test-bed is introduced. The whole scheme of electric control system is presented. It consists of motor with frequency conversion timing, torque and rotation speed detecting, output pressure control and detecting, input pressure control and detecting, flux detecting, temperature control and detecting and fluid drive control system. It can carry out stepless adjustment of roto’s speed, input pressure and output pressure in the course of testing.更多还原
