【摘要】 中国石油天然气股份有限公司明确提出“要加快勘探速度、加大勘探力度、寻求大发现”等要求,作为占其石油总产量近一半的子公司,大庆油田有限责任公司的油气勘探开发生产情况必将影响中国石油天然气股份有限公司未来几年目标的实现。为实现可持续发展,油田公司确立了勘探工作要在未来8年实现“5671”的奋斗目标。为此,以如何实现新形势下效益勘探大发展为主题,提出了针对大庆油气勘探实际的4项措施,指出油田勘探工作应该以技术换资源、以信息增效益、以管理促发展,为实现“5671目标”奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the development goals made in the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, PetroChina has made his tasks that the petroleum output keeps steady increase in the coming several years, and proposed clearly the requirements of speeding up exploration, enhancing exploration strength, and seeking larger oil/gas reservoirs. As a branch company of PetroChina, whose output accounts for a half of total output of PetroChina every year, the situation of oil/gas exploration and production of Daqing Oilfield Company Ltd. must be to affect the achievement of the goals related to PetroChina during the next several years directly. To realize continued development of Daqing Oilfield, Daqing Oilfield Company Ltd. has also made a exploration goal which is called "5671 " for the next eight years. In this situation, this paper proposes four related strategic countermeasures that is about how to realize great development of beneficial exploration on the basis of reality of the geological conditions in Daqing exploration area.更多还原
