用CMOS集成跨导器实现通用电流传递函数
Realization of General Current Transfer Function Using CMOS Integrated Trans-conductor
【摘要】 本文用 CMOS集成跨导器实现了通用电流传递函数 ,以三阶巴特沃思高通滤波器传递函数的实现电路为例 ,进行了 MOS管级的PSPICE模拟 ,结果表明所提出的方法的可行性
【Abstract】 In this poper, the general current transfer function with CMOS integrated trans conductor is discuseed. As instance, a third order Butterworth transferfunction for high pass filter is designed and simulated. The results indicate feasibility of the method.
