棒材连轧分布式活套控制系统的设计与实现
The Design and Realization of Distributed Loop Control System of Continuous Bar Rolling
【摘要】 文章重点介绍柳钢小轧厂棒材连轧生产线分级分布式活套控制系统的硬件配置 ,软件结构、功能及实现。该活套控制系统采用了 SIEMENS 6RA 70系列控制器和 T40 0工艺模板。
【Abstract】 Here the hardware configuration,software structure,system function and system realization of the multi-layer distributed loop control system used in the bar mill of bar plant in liuzhou I&S (group) company are emphasized. The 6RA70 series DC digital controllers and technique-boards T400 of Siemens Were used in this loop control system.
