循环流化床锅炉循环倍率的通用数学模型
Mathematics Model of Cycle Multiple Ratio in Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler
【摘要】 循环物料量是循环流化床锅炉设计中的一个非常重要的参数。该文从循环倍率的定义出发 ,利用钙硫摩尔比 Ca/S、分离器效率 η和灰平衡方法 ,建立了循环流化床锅炉循环倍率的数学模型 ,由此可以方便地确定循环物料量。它适用于各种循环流化床锅炉 ,当采用两级或多级分离时 ,η为分离器总效率。该数学模型的建立为循环流化床锅炉的设计和运行提供了一个简便、适用的计算方法。图 1参 3
【Abstract】 Recycle material quantity is a very important parameter in the design of the circulating fluidized bed boiler. From the definition of cycle multiple ratio, mathematics model of cycle multiple ratio in circulating fluidized bed boiler is established using mole ratio of calcium and sulfur、separator efficiency η and ash balance method. It can be applied to all kinds of circulating fluidized bed boiler, when two stage or multiple stage separation is adopted, η is thought as total efficiency. The establishment of this mathematics model provides an convenient,applicable computation method for the design and operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler. Fig 1 and refs 3.
