能够反映炉膛上下温度偏差的循环流化床动态仿真模型的研究
Research on the Dynamic Model of CFB Reflecting the Temperature Difference between the Bottom Bed and the Furnace Outlet
【摘要】 分析了以往循环流化床动态仿真模型不能反映流化床炉膛温度分布特性的深层次原因。提出了由底部集中参数的流化床燃烧室和顶部出口假想换热器构成的新的物理模型结构。利用它可以根据可获得的流化床整体性能数据计算出炉膛上下温度差异 ,而且不会过多地增加计算时间消耗。对某 2 5 0 t/ h循环流化床的仿真计算表明了所建模型的正确性。图 4参 3
【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the deep seated reason for the failure of previous dynamic models of CFB in reflecting the temperature difference between the bottom bed and the furnace outlet. A new physical model structure that is composed of a bottom lumped parameter CFB combustor and a top virtual heat exchanger was proposed. With this physical model, it was possible to calculate the temperature difference by using the known overall performance data and at the cost of only slightly increasing of computing time. The simulation results of a 250t/h CFB combustor proved the validity of the established model. Figs 4 and refs 3
