【Abstract】 To obtain genes relating to Ta1 gene and to study its’ mechanism of male sterile ,DDRT-PCR was used to analyze genes’ differential expression of near-isogenic-lines of Taigu genic male-steril wheat. 30 sets of arbitary primers were assessmented. 30 fragments were identified out of a total of about 1000 bands, where the expression of the corresponding genes seemed to express differentially. These 30 fragments include specific genes of both fertility and sterility, which maybe relate to the expression of Ta1 gene.更多还原
