应用正交试验筛选玫瑰茎段增殖培养基

【摘要】 以玫瑰茎段为试材,6-BA、NAA、GA3及蔗糖为试验因子,每因子设置3个含量水平,以不同培养基的增殖系数为测定指标,通过L9 34 正交试验,筛选出1种宜于玫瑰茎段增殖培养的理想培养基,即MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L+GA30.05mg/L+蔗糖35g/L.

【Abstract】 Selecting Rose rugosa stem as material,6BA,NAA,GA3 and sucrose as factors which have three content levels respectively,and the multiplying coefficient of different mediums as index of this experiment,an ideal medium which is MS+6BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L+GA3 0.05 mg/L+sucrose 35 g/L for multiplying culture of Rose rugosa stem is sifted through the crossed test of L9(34).
