营养液不同磷浓度对柠条苗期植株生长发育的影响

【摘要】 在室内营养液培养条件下,研究了不同磷浓度对柠条苗期植株生长发育的影响.结果表明,不同磷浓度对植株主根长度、侧根数、株高、根冠比、鲜重、干重、茎叶中含磷量、吸收量和磷的利用效率等都产生显著的影响.通过不同的磷浓度对植株生长发育的影响和综合植株主要生长发育性状指标,发现柠条苗期营养液培养的适宜磷浓度为10~500μmol·L-1,最适宜磷浓度为100μmol·L-1,缺磷的临界浓度在1~10μmol·L-1间.柠条苗期植株地上部含磷量随外界营养液中磷浓度的增加呈现先增加后减少的趋势,当外界磷浓度达到1000μmol·L-1时对植株生长产生一定程度的抑制作用.

【Abstract】 A solution culture experiment in growth room was carried to study the effects of different phosphorus concentration on Caragana microphylla Lam.seedling growth and development.The results indicated that the main root length,number of lateral roots,seedling height,rootshoot ratio,fresh and dry weight in shoot,phosphorus concentration and uptake in shoot,and Puse efficiency were significantly influenced by different P levels in nutrient solution.The suitable,optimal and critical value of phosphorus concentration in nutrient solution were 10~500 μmol·L-1,100 μmol·L-1 and 1~10 μmol·L-1 respectively,confirmed by comparing and analyzing the status of seedling growth and development and the difference of seedling main properties.The phosphorus content in shoot presented the trend of being increased at early stage and decreased at late with the increasing of phosphorus concentration in nutrient solution.When phosphorus concentration in nutrient solution reached 1 000 μmol·L-1 the growth of seedling would be restrained to a certain extent.
