【Abstract】 This paper presents a method to develop image processing system with VB and VC.Some knowledge about calling DLL in VB is briefly introduced,and a method to quickly acquire the value of bitmap and display bitmap with API function in VB,is expounded.At last,this paper discusses how to program DLL for image processing with VC and using this DLL in VB.更多还原
