【摘要】 为保证汽车生产中物料供应的及时、高效 ,同时节省线边占用空间 ,减少线边库存 ,许多汽车制造企业均在大力推进同步化物流管理 .应用Interbus现场总线技术 ,通过对一些器件的集成 ,并与上位机结合 ,完成对生产中物料供应信息收集、响应和供应过程的监视 ,实现同步化物流管理的要求 ,保证了生产部门和物流部门信息的及时沟通 .同时也为Interbus总线与外围非标准器件的大量数据实时交换作了成功的尝试更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to supply material timely and reduce the occupied space of assembly line’s margin in automobile manufacturing, many automobile companies all introduce the synchronizing logistics management. The paper describes the application of the Interbus fieldbus technology. The system is made up of a fieldbus network and an industrial control computer, which can report and print the records of materiel supply, monitor the supply process, fulfil the needs of synchronizing logistics management, assure the communicating timely between the producing department and the logistics department. Meanwhile, we also successfully realized the real time communication of mass of data between the InterBus fieldbus and the periphery device without the interface of Interbus.更多还原
