【摘要】 对自行研制的长纤维高速过滤器 ,进行了净水厂沉淀出水过滤的试验研究和分析 .结果表明 :长纤维高速过滤器最高滤速可达 60m/h以上 ,当进水浊度为 8～ 1 2NTU时 ,滤后水浊度均低于 0 4NTU ,过滤周期可达 2 4h以上 ,运行效果稳定 ,反冲洗彻底 ,反洗时间短 ,截污量和产水量均远优于目前常用过滤器 ,展示了良好的应用前景 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Filtering process on the effluent of sedimentation tank in factory supply-water by a long-fiber high-efficiency filter is studied. The results proved that this new type of long fiber filter had higher filtration efficiency and a longer filtering period than other filters currently in use. In the filtering process its filtering velocity reached more than 60 m/h. If the turbidity of raw water is from 8 to 12 NTU, the turbidity of the effluent of the filter is always below 0 4 NTU with more than a 24 h filtering period. The results also showed that this long fiber filter has great ability to filter water and can be back-flushed thoroughly, so the application of this filter has a bright future.更多还原
