自交联水溶性丙烯酸树脂及柔性版四色套印水性油墨的研究
Synthesis of self-crosslinking water soluble acrylic resin and development of tetracolor superimpose printing inks
【摘要】 以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂 ,用N ,N 二甲基乙醇胺为中和剂 ,将甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (或苯乙烯 )、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸和N 羟甲基丙烯酰胺四元单体共聚反应、合成了适用于柔性版四色套印水性油墨的分散树脂和成膜树脂 ,用上述制备的树脂为连接料 ,开发了一组三原色加黑色的四色套印的水性油墨 ,通过对树脂和油墨的各项指标进行检测 ,结果表明 :树脂和水性油墨的各项性能符合国家标准 ,重金属含量经香港SGS检测符合美国州际立法标准 ,有机挥发物含量远低于国内同类产品
【Abstract】 Methyl methacrylate (or styrene),butyl acrylate, acrylic acid and N hydroxymethyl acrylamide was used to synthesize water soluble dispersive resin and film forming emulsion polymer, with azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator.The synthesized polymer was neutralized by dimethylaminoethanol, and then applied as the connective materials, flexograph tetracolor superimpose printing inks. The obtained polymers and printing inks were determined. All the properties are in accord with the national criteria. The concentration of heavy metals meets the SGS criterion legislated by USA. The VOC (volatile organic content) of these inks are far less than the similar products available.
