【摘要】 目前所提出的输电定价方法主要分为基于会计学的综合成本法和基于微观经济学的边际成本法。综合成本法能保证电网收支平衡和合理的利润,但它不包含任何经济学信息;边际成本法可提供丰富的经济学信息,但不能保证收支平衡。近年来出现了将两者结合的集成方法。简要介绍了这些方法的研究成果及其优缺点。此外,还粗略介绍了期货、期权理论在输电电价中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are two main methods in transmission service pricing at present ,i.e.the accounting based embedded cost method and the economics based marginal cost method.The former can gua-rantee the recovery of all costs and some profits without any economic signal,while the latter can create incentives for its economic expansion without pledge of investment recovery.An integrated method has been put forward recently,on which the main research literatures reviews are presen-ted.In the mean time ,transmission rights based on futures and option theory are briefly discussed.更多还原
