CPLD在断路器在线监测数据采集系统中的应用研究
Research on application of CPLD in data acquisition system for breaker online monitoring
【摘要】 介绍了断路器在线监测数据采集系统的功能特点及硬件构成,分析了采用大规模可编程逻辑器件CPLD(ComplexProgrammableLogicDevice)实现系统的功能扩展和逻辑控制的优势,详细论述了如何利用CPLD实现CPU外围器件片选、I/O和通信功能扩展、大容量存储器的扩展。逻辑仿真及硬件调试结果表明,CPLD能很好地实现系统的逻辑功能,采集系统逻辑设计合理可行,该器件的应用既简化了电路的设计,又提高了系统的可靠性。基于CPLD+CPU模式的系统结构必将在电力设备在线监测领域获得广泛的应用。
【Abstract】 The functional characteristics and hardware configuration of the data acquisition system for breaker online monitoring are introduced.The advantages of adopting CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device)for realizing the functional extension and logic control of the data acquisition system are analyzed.The ways to realize the chip selection of CPU’s peripherals and the extensions of I/O interface,communication function and large capacity memory are discussed in detail.The results of logic simulation and hardware test indicate that CPLD can perform the logic functions of system well.The logic design of the data acquisition system is feasible and rational.The application of CPLD simplifies circuit-design and raises system reliability.The system configuration based on CPLD+CPU mode will be widely adopted in the online monitoring of electric equipment.
