【Abstract】 Number of contending stations is a key parameter of DCF access scheme in IEEE802.11 WLAN. The accuracy and feasibility of its measurement is important for throughput calculating and performance optimizing. Description and analysis of an existing method based on probability measurement are given. A novel method based on interruption measurement is proposed, and its superiority is proved by theoretical analysis and simulation verification.更多还原
