【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨放、化疗同期治疗食管癌的近期疗效。 [方法 ]采用放疗、化疗相结合治疗食管癌 4 1例。辅助化疗两疗程 ,同时实行等中心照射 ,总剂量DT6 0～ 70Gy ,平均DT6 8Gy ,DT4 0Gy后 ,改为超分割放疗 ,DT1.2 5Gy ,2次 /d ,间隔 6h。 [结果 ]跟踪随访 10个月 ,病灶消失 8例(19.5 % ) ,缩小 19例 (4 6 .3% ) ,好转 5例 (12 .2 % ) ,稳定 6例 (14 .6 % ) ,未完成 3例 (7.3% ) ,总有效率 6 5 .85 %。 [结论 ]放疗、化疗相结合治疗食管癌的近期疗效明显 ,放疗早反应加重更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the recent efficiency of esophageal cancer with radiotherapy and themotherapy Analyzed from August 1999 to February 2001, 41 patients with esophageal cancer were treated by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the SAD was used combine two courses of chemotherapy. The total dose was 60～70Gy, average does is 68Gy. Arthor startied the hyperfractionated radiotherapy after DT40Gy, single dose was 1.25Gy,two times a day, with 6 hours intervial. With 10 months observation. The tumor disappeared 8(19.5%) deflated 19(46.3%), part-released 5(12.2%), non-changed 6(14.6%), unfinished 3(2.3%). The total efficiency rate was 65.85%, [Conclusions] The recent efficiency of esophageal cancer with radiotherapy and themotherapy is significant. The early reaction become bigger than single way. The recent efficiency should be further observe in future.更多还原
