【摘要】 [目的 ]研究人血液制备纤维蛋白胶的具体方法及其临床实际应用 ,为成分输血和临床外科医生提供一种新的止血手段。 [方法 ]①血浆分离技术 ;②制备特殊冷沉淀方法。[结果 ]①用于减少创面渗血的病例中 ,基本上在 15s内止血。②用胶组第 1天平均引流量明显减少 ,术后吸收热时间缩短 ,减少了抗菌素用量 ,病人恢复快。 [结论 ]人血纤维蛋白胶在解决创面渗血、出血 ,尤其是对凝血功能欠佳者 ,更有价值。方法简单易行 ,在使用多联采血袋的封闭系统中操作可保证制品满足血液成分的质量标准要求更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to provide a new way of hemostasia for blood component transfusion and clinical doctors, we studied the method and clinical application of fibrin glue prepared from human blood. ①technology of blood plasma seperation; ②method of preparing special cold deposition. ① Most cases stopped bleeding in 15 seconds; ② For those applicating fibrin glue, first day drainage was obviously decreased, the period of fever that was caused by absorb was shorter, application of antibiotics was decreased, and the pateints could recover soon.[Conclusion] The results show that fibrin glue can resolve blood oozing and bleeding from the wound surface, especially for the patients of disable thromboxane function.
