【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨高山红景天甙对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。 [方法 ]用高山红景天甙腹腔注射免疫小鼠 ,剂量为 80 0 μg/d ,采用四唑蓝比色法检测体内外的脾淋巴细胞转化反应和巨噬细胞的细胞毒效应。 [结果 ]高山红景天甙在体外显示了显著的丝裂原样效应且该效应存在明显的剂量依赖性 (P <0 .0 1) ;刺激高山红景天甙免疫组小鼠的脾淋巴细胞时 ,脾淋巴细胞的转化反应未见进一步增强 ;巨噬细胞能明显杀伤HCa -F小鼠肝癌细胞 ,杀瘤率达 2 .3% (P <0 .0 1)。 [结论 ]高山红景天甙具有丝裂原效应 ;能通过非特异性免疫功能的调节促进PEMφ的杀瘤效应 ;高山红景天甙可能是介导双向免疫调节作用的有效成分之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study effects of Rhodiola Salidrosides A. Bor Gadoloside (RSGS)on immunological function in mice. Mice was immune with RSGS(800 μg/d)by abdominal cavity injection, transformation response of spleen lymphocytes and cytotoxicity of (PEMφ) were detected by MTT. RSGS played mitogen-like effect and the effect showed dose depandent in vitro( P <0.01);Transformation response of spleen lymphocytes have not more enhancement in immune mice of RSGS in vivo, and the cytotoxicity of PEMφ of RSGS immune mice against HCa-F liver cancer target cells, is significantly, the rate of cytotoxicity is 72.3%( P <0.01). [Conclusion] RSGS play mitogen function,and enchance the cytotoxicity of PEMφ through non-specific immunity regulation, RSGS may be one of effective components.更多还原
