HT-7U托卡马克高功率双向直流快速晶闸管开关的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH POWER BI-DIRECTIONAL DC FAST THYRISTOR SWITCH IN HT-7U TOKAMAK
【摘要】 针对HT 7U超导托卡马克极向场电源系统要求设计了一种新型高功率双向直流快速晶闸管开关 ,通过原理分析得到了可靠关断条件 ,给出了新型晶闸管开关的设计方案 ,并对方案进行了试验和仿真 ,结果均验证了原理分析和方案设计的正确性 ,且消除了强迫关断时过高的反向电压。
【Abstract】 Based on the requirement of poloidal field power supply system in HT-7U super-conductive TOKAMAK, this paper presents the design of a new type of bi-directional DC fast thyristor switch, and discusses its principle, design plan, simulation and experiment. Through the principle analysis, reliability turn-off criterion is derived. The results of simulation and experiment all validate the principle and design plan. This kind of switch can operate turn-off function without reverse voltage.
