电力系统故障时继电保护装置动态特性的数字仿真
DIGITAL SIMULATION OF DYNAMIC PERFORMANCE OF PROTECTIVE RELAYING DEVICES DURING FAULTS
【摘要】 提出了用计算机软件模拟任何继电保护装置的具体结构并用故障数据进行故障期间继电保护动态特性仿真的原理 ,该软件将主要用于保护误动或拒动后的事故分析 ,与电力系统动态模拟或其他故障再现设备相比具有成本低、灵活性好、省时的优点。该仿真软件可用来详细检查事故中微机保护内部的程序走向或各种常规保护中各元件的时间、逻辑配合关系 ,也可用于新型保护设计过程中的方案比较和优化
【Abstract】 In this paper a computer software simulation method is proposed, which can simulate detailed structure of any type of protective relaying device and test it with real fault currents and voltages recorded on the installation site of the protection or obtained by EMTP (electromagnetic transient program) simulation. This software is mainly used to find the reason of the maloperation or mis operation of protective relaying during faults. Compared with dynamic model of electric power system or other fault reproducing devices, it is cheap and more flexible and can save more time. What’s more it can analyze the operation process and time coordination between all the elements in the protective inner software in detail. It can also be used in the process of new protective device design for the purpose of protection scheme comparison and optimization.
