区域电力市场中电网公司与调峰电厂的最优合同设计
OPTIMAL CONTRACT DESIGN BETWEEN NETWORK CORPORATION AND REGULATING POWER STATION IN REGION ELECTRICITY MARKET
【摘要】 区域电力市场的建立 ,为实现资源的优化配置提供了条件 ,同时也对电网公司的安全运营提出了更高的要求。针对区域电网公司所拥有的调峰电厂在电网安全运营和平衡市场需求 2个方面的重要作用 ,文中运用委托—代理模型对电网公司和调峰电厂间最优合同进行模型设计 ,证明在对称信息条件下 ,当委托人是风险中性而代理人是风险规避型时 ,该最优合同能够达到帕累托最优风险分担和帕累托最优努力水平。电网公司可以在保证整个电网运营的安全性和稳定性的同时实现电网公司的利润最大化
【Abstract】 The building of region electricity market makes it possible to optimize the resource’s configuration while sets higher standards for the power network corporation’s operation and distribution security. Aiming at the two important effects of the regulating power stations belonging to region network corporation which include operation safety and demand requirement balance, a model is designed for the optimal contracts between power network corporation and regulating power stations by using principal agent model. It provided that the contract can reach the Pareto optimality risk bear and the Pareto optimality effort levels under symmetry information when the client is risk neutral and the agent is risk averse. Furthermore, the network corporation can win the maximum profit for itself, while assure the power net operation’s safety and stability.
