意向决策支持技术在电力营销中的应用
APPLICATION OF INTENT DECISION SUPPORT TECHNOLOGY IN THE POWER MARKETING SYSTEM
【摘要】 电力营销系统与其他企业的营销系统一样 ,所面临的环境都是复杂多变的 ,因此有关电力营销的决策支持系统属于半结构化的决策支持系统范畴。这类系统中的决策含有大量的不确定因素 ,缺乏程序化的工作范式 ,需要意向决策支持的问题十分多见。文中提出了在电力营销管理系统中应用包含专家系统的推理模型的思想 ,构建出一个具有意向决策支持功能的电力营销管理系统框架 ,并对如何建立问题生成子系统及其内部知识库进行了讨论。与传统的电力营销管理系统相比 ,文中所提出的系统具有更强的启发性和灵活性
【Abstract】 The environment of marketing system of electric power faces is very complex and changeable, just as the other marketing system. The decision support system (DSS) of power marketing belongs to the category of semi structure. The decision making for this kind of system has many uncertain factors and lacks programmed working formula. So, there are many questions needing the support of intent decision. The thought of applying the expert system based reasoning model to the power marketing management system is proposed. The framework of the power marketing system with the function of intent decision support is configured, and how to build the question making subsystem and the knowledge base in it is discussed. Comparing with traditional power marketing management system, the proposed system is more heuristic and flexible.
