我国发电侧电力市场中AGC机组的调配框架
FRAMEWORK OF AGC UNIT SELECTION ON THE GENERATION-SIDED ELECTRICITY MARKET
【摘要】 对现阶段我国电力市场中自动发电控制 (AGC)机组调配问题进行了研究。结合辽宁省电力市场的运行情况 ,给出了相应的数学模型 ,并对该模型中的两个基本要素 AGC容量和所需调节速率的确定问题进行了剖析 ,明确了直接利用计划数据无法准确求得上述两个量的结论。指出考察历史数据来获取系统中所需 AGC调节容量和速率是一个有效的途径。实际系统的算例表明 ,文中提出的思路与做法是正确和可行的
【Abstract】 The problem of selecting which generating unit to perform AGC function is addressed here. In accordance with the structure of Liaoning Electricity Market, the mathematical model is proposed to select the generating unit to perform AGC function in order to minimize the AGC service purchase fee. Theory analysis shows that it is not feasible to determine the MW amount and the regulating speed of AGC service using planning data. The idea to determine the above two parameters by historical data is proposed. The application to a realistic system shows that the idea and the method presented in this paper are correct and feasible.
