【摘要】 目的 :本文探讨了鞭毛染色的四个主要影响因素。方法 :应用RYu氏法、改良法、媒染剂与染液分装法进行鞭毛染色。结果 :改良染色法较RYu氏法杂色效果清晰。在不同培养时间染色显示 ,培养18—24小时 ,细菌鞭毛染色效果好。在不同种培养基中 ,以肉汤培养最能保证鞭毛染色的效果。1 5%琼脂培养基次之 ,30℃较35℃更易观察到鞭毛。结论 :改良后的鞭毛染色效果较RYu氏法好 ,选用肉汤培养或1 5%琼脂培养基 ,在30℃左右培养18—24小时效果较好更多还原
