【摘要】 目的 :探讨实验性草鱼胆中毒的肝脏和肾脏病理变化 ,并探索药物治疗。方法 :将大白鼠分为正常对照组、模型组和药物组 ,均胃饲鱼胆汁 ,48h后取肾脏和肝脏行病理检查。结果 :草鱼胆中毒肾脏损害之病理表现为近曲小管上皮细胞变性、坏死 ,肾小球充血 ,肝细胞肿胀、变性、坏死 ;药物组和模型组的病理表现无明显差异。结论 :草鱼胆中毒肾脏损害病理表现为急性肾小管坏死 ,肾小球无明显异常 ;具有抗氧化作用的药物康复新对其病理表现无明显影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the pathological changes of renal and hepatic damage on rats caused by grass carp bile.Methods:To make the models of grass carp bile poisoning,take the kidey and liver for observation the pathological changes after48hours;Result:the pathological changes of kidney was the epithelial cells of proximal tubules swelling and necrotizing,the glomerulas fill with RBC in Bowmans space,hepatis cells was swelling and necrotizing;Conclusion:The renal damage by grass carp bile was mainly at the proximal tubules,the glomerule is normal generally.更多还原
