管载二氧化钛凝胶镀膜光催化清除乙烯气体
C2H4 removal by gas photocatalysis reaction of TiO2 film coated on glass pipe
【摘要】 报道了用sol gel方法在玻璃管上制备二氧化钛薄膜对清除乙烯气体的光催化实验,研究了二氧化钛一次镀膜对乙烯浓度随催化反应时间的变化关系。结果发现,二氧化钛镀膜有较好的清除乙烯的效果,当反应进行到46h时乙烯气体的色谱峰完全消失,即乙烯气体已经被完全清除掉,对相同处理条件下的二氧化钛粉体做XRD分析知该条件下的二氧化钛为锐钛矿晶型。
【Abstract】 TiO2 thin film was prepared by sol-gel method on glass pipe and the C2H4 gas photocatalysis reactions were studied. The relation between concentration of C2H4 gas and the reaction time was reported here by using one time coating of TiO2 thin film on the glass pipe as photocatalyst. The results show that the TiO2 film favorites the degradation of C2H4, and the peak of C2H4 disappeared after the reaction for 46?h, that is to say, C2H4 has been cleared out and XRD method was used to characterize the powder under the same situation, the result indicates that the crystal phases of TiO2 is anatase.
