酶法制备壳低聚糖的工艺研究
Process of preparation of chitooligosaccharides with enzymatic hydrolysis
【摘要】 用酶降解法对壳聚糖进行降解,制备壳低聚寡糖,研究了温度、pH值、底物浓度等对酶促反应的影响。结果表明:降解的最佳温度和pH值分别为45℃和5.0,最佳底物浓度为4mg/mL。采用溶剂分离法对降解产物进行分离,分别得到了聚合度为1~8、8~16的壳聚寡糖和聚合度16以上的壳聚糖。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the enzymatic hydrolysis process for preparing chitooligosaccharides. The effects of temperature, pH value, and concentration of substrate on chitosan hydrolysis are studied. Experiment results demonstrate the optimal temperature, pH value, and concentration of substrate are 45℃, 5.0, and 4mg/mL respectively. By dissolving the degraded material, we obtain Chitooligosaccharides with degree of polymerization 1-8 and 8-16, respectively, and chitosan with that over 16.
