【Abstract】 We have separated and purified the isoquercitrin from rutin by enzyme reaction. The purity of isoquercitrin was isolated with a silica gel column. Determined the purity by HPLC, it was found that the converting rate of isoquercitrin from rutin was about 70%, and the purity was more than 90%. The structure was identified by the method of 13CNMR as the isoquercitrin.更多还原
