【Abstract】 Using Mfhx method to design the experiment process, we study the technology for extraction and isolation of the holothurian glycosaminoglycan (HG). Analyzing the factors influencing the extraction rate, we find the optimum condition: alkaline hydrolyze time, 101min;alkali additive, 0.46?mol/L; enzymatic hydrolyze time,219?min; and enzyme additive, 0.37%?Physical and chemical properties of the HG are analyzed quantitatively and quantitatively.更多还原
