【Abstract】 Since the competitive and open market needs the electricity transmission network to dismiss its own monopoly and to be fully opened, an independent transmission pricing system will be formed. Proper transmission price will provide correct economic signals to make transmission resources optimally be used and promote transmission system to develop rationally. This paper presents a method of optimizing power transmission pricing based on the transmission constraint and line losses. Each part of the transmission price is also analyzed.更多还原
