竞争机制下的火电机组启停计划的优化
Optimization of Generation Unit Operation in Competitive Environment
【摘要】 在电力市场厂网分开竞争机制下,发电厂机组优化组合作为电力系统短期经济调度的一个重要方面,传统的以满足全部负荷需求同时使成本最小为目标的火电机组优化启停的数学模型难以适应电力市场运营模式。针对这种情况,从发电厂的角度,结合电力市场运营实际和时段负荷经济方法,运用经济学领域的边际分析理论[1],提出了以利润最大为目标函数的优化火电机组启停的改进遗传算法。该算法提出了启发式初始解和改进遗传操作,克服了基本遗传算法处理机组组合问题的不足,能方便有效地处理火电机组优化组合的复杂约束问题,提高了收敛速度,具有实用价值。
【Abstract】 The optimization of unit operation is an important issue in the shortterm economical control of power systems. The previous mathematical model takes the lowest costs as the destination, which can’t meet the business requirement in the electricity market. A mathematical formulation is proposed based on the advanced genetic algorithm of controlling generating units from the viewpoint of generation companies. This formulation chooses the profit maximization as the objective function by marginal analysis of power business, taking into account the situation of electricity market. The method of elicitation is designed to produce an original solution that overcomes the shortcomings of the ordinary genetic algorithm.
