【摘要】 随着电力市场改革的深入,电网资产重组,计划经济体制下建立的电力企业评价体系已不适应当前电网企业评价的需要,所以有必要在电力市场开放的条件下建立一套新的评价体系,以满足这种需要。认真研究了开放电力市场的特点,指出其与传统计划经济体制下的不同之处,由此建立了相应的评价模型,并使用层次分析法建立了评价体系。最后,运用以该评价体系开发的计算机软件对一实际电网企业2000年和2001年各项工作进行了综合评价,并取得了良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deregulation on electricity market and redistribution of power network estate, the previous evaluation system for electric corporations doesn’t meet the current evaluation demand. It is vitally necessary to establish an updated evaluation system under the condition of opened electricity market. The characteristics of opened electricity market are studied. Its differences from the traditional ones are presented. The corresponding evaluation model and evaluation system based on analytic hierarchy process method are established. The evaluation software is applied to comprehensively evaluate a typical power enterprise.更多还原
