图书馆员服务水平的模糊综合评判
Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment of Librarians’ Quality
【摘要】 运用二级模糊综合评判模型,结合级别变量特征值,构造了一种改进的模糊综合评判法. 结合实例说明了如何对高校图书馆工作进行评价,从而为图书馆服务水平的客观评价提供了定量化的方法.
【Abstract】 An improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established by combining 2nd-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with eigenvalue of grade variable. With some examples it shows the ways of evaluating the work of university libraries in order to present a fixed way for the objective evaluation of the service in libraries.
