【Abstract】 A successful method for the determination of yolk phospholipids by reversed phase -high performance liquid chromatography is developed. The samples were separated by RP-HPLC on column HYPERSIL C18 5靘 (250mm?.6mm ID). The best condition for determination is as follows: mobile phase is acetonitrile , methanol , water (40:40:20 v/v) ; flow rate is 1.2mL/min ; column temperature is 30℃; detector is SPD-M10A (SHIMADZU). The absorption of the chloroform (the solvent) and all the samples were determined in the ranges of 200nm to 250nm; and UV 205nm is best.更多还原
