【Abstract】 On the basis of analysis of communication technology of DNC system, a new communication technology which applies Ethernet and TCP/IP is presented. Connection between CNC and Ethernet is built through TCP/IP/RS232 serial server. The hardware and software structures of this new technology are described. The methods of the flow control, file end and trigger are given. This communication technology has the advantage of high speed, good compatibility and low cost. The DNC system which adopts this communication technology has already been applied to practice.更多还原
