【摘要】 20 0 3年 8月北京时间 15日凌晨 4点左右发生的美加大停电 ,5 0 0 0万人生活受到影响 ,造成了非常巨大的经济损失和非常严重的社会影响。从技术角度分析造成美加大停电的原因是 :虽然美国的电网整体构架强大 ,但远离负荷中心的网络构架薄弱 ,一旦出现故障 ,会波及整个电网安全。这次北美电网停电事故 ,应对我国的电力行业改革有所启示 ,改革应把电网的安全性、可靠性放在首位。更多还原

【Abstract】 A significant power failure occurred at 4:00, August 15, (Beijing Time) this summer in USA and Canada, which effected on living of about 50 million people and resulted in very serious economic loss and social influence. The causes for the power failure are technically that the integral frame of the power network is strong, but the network frame far from the load centers is weak. As soon as a failure occurs it will spread to the safety of the whole network. The power failure this summer in USA and Canada will inspire the reform of power system in China, which should place the safety and reliability of the network at the first place.更多还原
