状态检修技术在电厂给水泵检修中的应用

【摘要】 状态检修技术已经在我国电厂中开始应用。湖南耒阳电厂在给水泵中应用状态检修技术 ,在全面了解给水泵系统的性能、状况及影响给水泵系统性能、状况的因素后 ,建立了给水泵系统的状况台帐。这样 ,根据台帐 ,掌握了给水泵系统的性能、状况 ,再对其进行分析、评估 ,预测故障发生的时间 ,确定检修给水泵系统的日期。耒阳电厂实行状态检修后 ,再没有出现因给水泵故障造成的停机事故

【Abstract】 The status maintenance technique has been widely used in the power plant in China. This technique has been used for feed pumps in Hunan Laiyang Power Plant. The status list book for the feed pump system has been established after understanding the performance and conditions of the feed pump system, as well as the factors effecting on them. As a result the performance and conditions of the system are known according to the book for the purpose of its analysis and appraisal. The failure time to occur can be predicted in order to determine the date for maintenance of the system. After execution of the status maintenance in Laiyang Power Plant no stoppage due to failure of the feed pumps has occurred.
