汽轮发电机组弹簧隔振基础分析

【摘要】 合肥二电厂 2× 30 0MW汽轮发电机组使用了 36组隔振弹簧 ,该机组凝汽器也采用了 8组弹性支承基础 ,且凝汽器支承弹簧的总刚度应远小于汽轮发电机组隔振弹簧的总刚度 ,并做好了凝汽器重量的分配。这样的匹配可消除很大的真空吸力。主轴轴承是按绳索曲线对中的 ,且大口径管道都支承在楼板或钢梁上。该电厂汽轮发电机组使用了弹簧基础后 ,既隔离了动载荷 ,又消除了真空吸力 ,大大减小了立柱截面尺寸。机组运行 1,2年的结果表明 ,机组运行可满足安全、稳定的要求

【Abstract】 The turbine-generator units in Hefei No.2 2×300 MW Power Plant are equipped with 36 sets of vibration spring and their condensers are also supported on 8 sets of spring supporting foundation. Such a match can eliminate a great amount of vacuum suction and the total stiffness of the condenser supporting spring is much less than the total stiffness of the vibration spring of turbine generator unit. It is favorable for weight distribution of the condenser. The bearing of the main shaft is aligned according to the rope curve. The large-diameter pipe is all supported on the floors or steel beams. After spring foundation are used for the turbine generator units the dynamic load is isolated and vacuum suction eliminated, which has greatly reduced the sectional size of the column. The unit operation after 1 and 2 years indicates that its operation has complied with requirements for safety and stability.
