提高导线发热允许温度的试验研究

【摘要】 将导线发热允许温度从 70℃提高到 80℃ ,线路机械强度略有下降 ,仍可满足规程要求 ,5 0 0m档距线路弧垂增加不超过 0 .5 5m ,配套金具机电性能符合标准要求 ,输电线路输送功率可增加 8%~ 18%。若修改设计规程 ,将导线发热允许温度确定为 80℃ ,为安全起见 ,仍需进行导线高温蠕变及使用寿命的试验研究 ,并结合实际线路进行试运行。

【Abstract】 While the allowable heating temperature of the conductor is increased from 70℃ to 80℃, the line mechanical strength is slightly reduced, however, they can comply with the requirements of the standards. The line sag for 500 m span is increased by less than 0.55 m and electrical and mechanical of completed hardware can meet the requirements of the standards. The transmission power of the line can be increased by 8%~18%. In case that the design code is modified, in which the allowable heating temperature of the conductor is determined to 80℃, the test on conductor HT creepage and service life should be implemented and trial operation is also needed in combination of the practical lines.
