【摘要】 目前 ,我国火电厂烟气脱硫工程造价的计算仍采用概、预算定额指标的方法。由于目前还没有形成专门的概、预算定额标准 ,在工程造价计算中 ,存在着大量的不准确性。因此 ,应用模糊数学和平滑指数预测方法 ,推出了一种火电厂烟气脱硫工程造价的快速估算方法。该方法的有效使用 ,需要国内具有烟气脱硫工程造价资料的数据库。由于目前我国烟气脱硫事业缺乏大量的典型工程造价的原始数据。因此 ,该方法计算出的造价只可作投资估算和预可行性研究用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The calculation of FGD engineering cost of thermal power plants in China is still the method of budget and estimated budget quoted indexes at present. Since there is no special budget and estimated budget quotation standard now, so a great number of non-accuracy exists in calculation of engineering cost. Therefore, a predictive method using fuzzy mathematic and smooth indexes has developed a new quick estimation method for FGD engineering cost of thermal power plants. The effective application of the method will need the database with domestic FGD engineering cost information. Since at present FGD in China is lack of a great amount of original data of typical engineering cost, the cost calculated by the method can only be taken for investment estimation and preliminary feasibility study.更多还原
