【摘要】 社区就业是我国改革开放和市场经济体制建立的进程中形成的一种新的就业形式。其主要特点是 :就业覆盖面宽 ,形式灵活多样 ,地域性强和发展空间大 ,前景广阔。存在的主要问题是 :认识不足 ,观念滞后 ,就业岗位开发不足 ,管理方法和手段不规范 ,教育培训力度不够 ,资金缺口很大。应采取的主要对策 :提高认识 ,加大政策扶持力度 ,科学和规范化管理 ,推进社区服务产业化 ,创造灵活多样就业形式 ,加强培训工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Community employment is a new form of employment appearing in the Chinese reformation and opening and in the process of establishing market economy system. It has the characteristics of offering a wide range of job openings, having flexible and diversified forms, showing distinct locality, and leaving rooms for development. The remaining problem is that its importance is not fully recognized, opinions about it don’t follow its development, job opportunities are not sufficiently developed, management machinery is not standardized, sufficient career education and training is not provided, and there is a great shortage of funds. Measures to be taken are as follows: changing people’s opinions about it, supporting its development with favorable policies, making management more scientific and standardized, industrializing community service, creating flexible and diversified forms of employment and improving career training.更多还原
